We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, however on rare occasions you may need to return goods you have purchased from us. Our returns policy applies to those occasions. By visiting our site or ordering from us, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions and policies, including this one.

From time to time we may need to update this policy. If that happens, we will update it here so you can access it easily. This policy was published in November 2019.

1. Returns

Goods can be returned for refund or exchange if they are faulty, and at other times on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, following the return process below.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

Downloadable goods cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

Contact us via our email address as shown in your order confirmation email within 7 days of receiving the order.

When you email us, you must include:

• your order number (from order confirmation email)
• details of the problem
• how you would prefer the problem resolved.

We will then follow up with you directly about next steps.
