Delivery Policy
Overview
Our aim is to make delivery of every order you place with us as hassle-free, fast and economical as possible. Our delivery policy applies whenever you order from us. By visiting our site and/or ordering from us, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions and policies, including this one.
From time to time we may need to update this policy. If that happens, we will update it here so you can access it easily. This policy was published in November 2019.
1. Delivery Charges
We offer:
- $10 flat rate delivery on each order up to $100
- free delivery on each order of $100 and above.
From time to time, free delivery may also be available on selected products or promotional campaigns.
2. Delivery Time
Each Details tab on our site includes a delivery despatch estimate. Unless otherwise indicated, allow 2-3 business days from despatch for delivery to most capital cities/metro areas anywhere in Australia. It may take a little longer for orders to reach regional centres and rural and remote locations.
3. Out of Stock Notification
If any items in an order are subjected to unexpected delays, we will contact you to advise that the items have been placed on back order and provide you with an expected despatch date. At that time, you can either cancel the items from your order or wait until those items are available for us to despatch them to you.
4. Delivery Services
We rely on national courier networks including Australia Post for order delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided only as a guide. We are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage caused by couriers.
5. Delivery Address
We ask you to nominate a delivery address when you order. The delivery address must be a business or street address, ideally with someone available to receive your order when it is delivered during business hours, Monday to Friday.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
We deliver to one address per order. For delivery to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location - if you have five addresses or more, contact us for assistance.
Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order as we are unable to redirect orders once they leave our warehouse.
6. International Delivery
We do not offer international delivery at this time.
